We’re looking for someone detail-oriented, collaborative, a clear communicator, and exceptional at follow-through—someone who brings order to complexity, anticipates needs, solves problems, and creates a welcoming environment where both people and ministry can thrive.
Director of Marketing and Communications
Oceanhills Church is looking for a creative, strategic, and collaborative Marketing & Communications professional to help tell our story, strengthen our brand, and connect people with the life of our church. We’re looking for someone who can turn ideas into compelling communication, bring clarity to our message, and creatively engage people across digital and print platforms. This role partners closely with ministry leaders to equip them with effective communication tools and uses creativity and data to continually improve how we communicate and connect with our community.
Okids Interim K-4th Program Coordinator
We’re looking for a passionate, organized, and relational leader to foster a safe and joyful God Family, where K–4th graders feel known and loved by Jesus and his church. The ideal candidate loves kids, thrives in a team environment, and is excited to equip volunteers, bring creative programs to life, and help children discover their unique place in God’s story.
Worship Specialist
The Worship Specialist is passionate about creating an engaging, authentic, excellent, and spirit-filled worship experience for the Oceanhills community whenever they gather. The Worship Specialist will collaborate with the Worship Director, the worship team, the speaker, and other leaders and staff to ‘set the table’ for people to understand who Jesus is, learn to follow Him, and allow Him to transform them into who He has created them to be.
