Operations Manager or Director
This role provides leadership and hands-on oversight for the operation, maintenance, and safety at the downtown Oceanhills facility and Sunday morning Church environments. This role is vital in creating a safe and welcoming environment, in support of the disciple-making mission and ministries. The Director equips and leads staff and volunteers, coordinates with trusted vendors, and manages preventative maintenance and systems to ensure smooth and responsive support for gatherings, events, and everyday ministry needs.
Sunday Operations Manager
This role brings strong leadership and relationship building to ensure organized and volunteer-friendly set up and takedown of Church environments every Sunday. This role should focus on logistics, systems, and volunteer support. They also coordinate church vehicle maintenance.
