Planning Your Visit
We would like to help make your visit as welcoming as possible. Here are some things that you should know.
Everyone is welcome! We would love for you to invite family, friends, and neighbors to come experience Christmas Eve with us.
Families get to experience the service together! There will be activity bags available for pick-up at the welcome station for children to use during the service.
The service starts at 5:30. However, you are welcome to arrive starting at 4:45 to reserve seats for your entire party.
The Hilton allows complimentary parking during our event, however you can also find spots along Cabrillo Blvd and La Paz.
While we will have heaters, please make sure to bundle up and bring blankets and hats to stay cosy. It will be a chilly Santa Barabara evening!
BONUS there will be hot chocolate and tea stations for everyone to enjoy.
Ways to Serve on Christmas Eve
We need assistance to make this all happen! Volunteers are able to reserve seats for their whole party early. Let us know which option below you'd like to help with.
Join for Setup
Come earlier in the day to get all the Christmas decor and seats ready to go. You also will have first pick at reserving spots.

Be a Greeter
Help us welcome our Oceanhills family as they arrive for this magical service.
Time: Arrive at 4:30PM at The Hilton Rotunda
Help Take Down
Stay for an extra 30-40 minutes to help us remove the service decor. You’ll even get to take some items home with you, if desired!
Meet at the stage right after the service.
